How Does the Mini Reset Challenge Work?

The Mini Reset Challenge hosted by POWHER BANDS is designed to help EMPOWHER confidence you accountable and start you down the path to success towards your weight loss goals, feeling good about yourself and RESETTING YOUR CHOICES. You'll have DAILY Workouts Monday-Friday ... Plus inspirational MY DAILY STICKY NOTE coaching to pump you up following each workout!

What are the dates of the Challenge?

Starts: Monday, August 9th

Ends: Friday, August 13th

What can I expect to happen during the Challenge?

You will an email upon signing up with information to prepare you, as well as reminders with the zoom link. You can expect to feel more confident in your workouts. GET THE SUPPORT YOU NEED TO GET YOUR MOJO BACK!! Becca will be LIVE COACHING every workout and help you with your form— and you will have the opportunity to have access to replays for 14 days just $17.   In just 5 days you will feel more CONFIDENT, empowered to make better choices and feel ridiculously ALIVE and AWESOME. You'll also receive an incredible FOOD FREEDOM ebook, with tips and DELICIOUS recipes to help you become more confident in the kitchen incorporating more plant-based meals. You can expect to discover new and better HABITS — eating, sleeping, nutrition, constipation

How do I win the Challenge?

The POWHER TEAM will monitor those who do all 5 days and put them in a drawing. You'll get 1 chance for each workout you show up for, up to 15 during this challenge. You can also refer your friends and get another entry for each friend that signs up and shows up to workout. BIG POINTS! How many workouts can I do?

There are 3 workouts each day, 7:30am, 11:30a and 6pm. EST — or grab a DAILY REPLAY 24/7!  You can do 1 to 3 workouts each day.

How do I access the workouts and are they LIVE?
